    We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team in Milford, Ohio. In this role, you will be providing invaluable support to our legal team, focusing on various administrative and legal tasks in the Civil Litigation industry.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assisting the attorney in drafting legal documents
    • Managing e-filing systems effectively
    • Taking charge of scheduling commitments and appointments
    • Providing support to the attorney as needed
    • Overseeing and managing customer credit applications
    • Ensuring customer credit records are maintained accurately
    • Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions
    • Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
    • Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
    • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of civil litigation is required
    • Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and software is necessary
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Proven track record of providing excellent administrative support to attorneys
    • Ability to draft and proofread legal documents accurately
    • Experience in managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
    • Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
