    This role is within the construction/contractor industry and will serve as a crucial IT service liaison to the business unit. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT services, understanding business needs and goals, developing an application roadmap, and ensuring seamless communication between IT teams and business stakeholders.


    Responsibilities:


    • Serve as the liaison for all IT services within the business unit, ensuring consistent service levels are met.

    • Collaborate with business counterparts to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations.

    • Develop, communicate, and maintain the Application roadmap for supported business units.

    • Oversee the development and management of the Annual IT budget supporting the business unit's roadmap.

    • Execute the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Negotiate and contract with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.

    • Manage the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.

    • Champion change management efforts, assisting business units in adopting new digital tools and technologies.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT projects and services, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

    • Act as a key point of escalation for IT issues affecting business operations, working to resolve critical incidents effectively and efficiently.

    • Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems policies and controls.

    • Manage the relationship with our ERP and other software support partners and other project-based 3rd party service providers.

    • Collaborate with executives to develop and implement digital strategies that drive innovation and business growth.

    • Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans.

    • Coordinate with IT for the purchase, implementation and configuration of networks, desktop, infrastructure equipment, and monitoring tools.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction/Contractor industry.
    • Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
    • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including ERP solutions.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Backup Technologies.
    • Experience in handling and managing contracts.
    • Proficiency in managing and coordinating deployments.
    • Specific experience with Epicor software is highly desirable.
    • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage a division's IT operations.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
