This role primarily focuses on the management and optimization of HR technology systems, ensuring data integrity, supporting HR processes, and driving process improvements through analytics and system enhancements. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient and effective use of HRIS platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities: <br>• Manage and maintain HR technology systems, acting as the primary HRIS System Administrator.<br>• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.<br>• Ensure the smooth data flow across platforms by understanding the end-to-end integration of HR systems.<br>• Lead system updates, integrations, enhancements, process optimization, and HRIS efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.<br>• Define, design, and document cross-functional business requirements for HR systems.<br>• Test and verify system functions, interfaces, and workflows for optimal performance.<br>• Train internal stakeholders on HR systems, creating supporting materials in partnership with Learning & Development.<br>• Support projects including new system implementations, upgrades, and open enrollment processes.<br>• Manage change control processes, coordinating with both internal and external partners.<br>• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR and talent-related data, adhering to data governance principles and HR data compliance.<br>• Conduct data audits to ensure system accuracy, reliability, and compliance.<br>• Generate and analyze HR and talent data, creating dashboards and reports to support decision-making, identify trends, and drive improvements.<br>• Respond to external data requests, including government and entity surveys.<br>• Design and deliver end-user talent reporting, ensuring alignment with business needs.
