Our client is a prominent law firm seeking an Attorney with at least 2+ years of experience to join the firm's dynamic Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. This Attorney will assist public and private businesses, executives, and investors navigate complex financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

-Counsel clients on out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcies.
-Draft and negotiate critical legal documents, including restructuring agreements and bankruptcy filings.
-Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
-Represent clients in court proceedings, as needed.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive restructuring plans.

Qualifications:

-Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to state bar.
-2+ years of experience in restructuring or insolvency law, or in complex commercial law practice with an interest in restructuring.
-Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing and research skills.
-Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
