    Job Description: RPA Technical Account Manager (UIPath Specialist)

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RPA Technical Account Manager to join our team and serve as the key liaison between our organization and clients utilizing UIPath. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep technical expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UIPath platform to counsel clients, troubleshoot technical challenges, promote value-driven solutions, and oversee the successful deployment and implementation of UIPath across client environments. This role demands a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, while driving adoption and optimization of UIPath solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients at all levels, serving as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries related to UIPath.
    • Conduct regular account reviews and ensure alignment between the client's goals and the capabilities of the UIPath platform to address business needs.
    • Advocate for clients by providing strategic advice and insights on leveraging RPA for operational efficiency and business transformation.

    Solution Promotion & Education:

    • Actively promote UIPath products and features, demonstrating their value to client operations and helping clients achieve successful automation outcomes.
    • Conduct client training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of UIPath's capabilities and best practices.

    Technical Oversight & Troubleshooting:

    • Lead technical discussions and oversee the design, development, and implementation of RPA workflows using UIPath.
    • Troubleshoot complex automation and platform issues while ensuring timely resolution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and support teams, to resolve technical challenges and improve system performance.

    Project Management & Implementation:

    • Coordinate RPA implementation efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and align with agreed-upon customer expectations.
    • Monitor post-implementation success and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling automation technologies.

    Account Growth & Retention:

    • Provide strategic feedback to internal teams on client needs, helping shape new product solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with UIPath: Advanced hands-on experience with UIPath, including development, deployment, troubleshooting, and training users on best practices (required).
    • Technical Expertise: Proficient in RPA development methodologies, implementation frameworks, IT infrastructure, and integration techniques. Familiarity with other automation tools is a plus.
    • Client Engagement Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships, effectively translating technical solutions into business value.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Communication Skills: Superb verbal and written communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications in UIPath (e.g., UIPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) are highly valued.
