    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Network Administrator in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. The role primarily involves the development and execution of infrastructure strategy within the industry. The Sr Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining high system availability for business systems and managing telecommunications.


    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing technical solutions based on new requirements

    • Ensuring high availability of business systems

    • Troubleshooting issues and implementing apt solutions

    • Assisting in defining and enforcing IT Policies and Procedures

    • Maintaining infrastructure including Servers, PCs, Thin Client Terminals, HMI Units, Routers/Switches, Wireless Access Points, Mobile Scanners, Printers

    • Managing Telecommunications: Mitel VOIP and MDM Management and support

    • Overseeing Asset Lifecycle management: Imaging, Deployment, Tracking, Reclamation and Disposal

    • Participating in cross-functional projects

    • Communicating with IT colleagues, internal customers, and end users

    • Traveling to support local and remote sites as needed.

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Network Administrator role or similar is required.
    • Proficiency in the use of Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies is needed.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Firewall Technologies is essential.
    • Experience with Active Directory is required.
    • Familiarity with Backup Technologies is necessary.
    • Understanding of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management is important.
    • Proven experience in Deployments is a must.
    • Knowledge of Mitel systems is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Windows OS is required.
    • Experience in VoIP technologies is necessary.
    • Familiarity with MDM Technologies is needed.
    • Ability to work with Wireless Access Points is required.
    • Knowledge of Hypervisor and Hyper-V is beneficial.
    • Experience with DHCP and SharePoint is necessary.
    • Proficiency in Intune and Windows Intune is desired.
    • Experience with Office 365 and 365 Enterprise is a must.
