We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team in Coppell, Texas. In this role, you will focus on talent acquisition for various roles within the hospitality industry, with a key emphasis on remote engagement and recruitment. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential candidates remotely to source talent for various roles, including but not limited to CNAs, chefs, and housekeepers.
• Utilize diverse recruitment strategies to reach a wide talent pool.
• Oversee talent management for specific regions, with a focus on Texas and Florida.
• Coordinate interview schedules without direct supervision.
• Maintain an active and organized talent pool for future recruitment needs.
• Conduct recruiting activities that promote employee engagement.
• Ensure all recruitment activities align with the organization's commitment to diversity.
• Proven experience in Corporate Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent for the organization
• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Engagement, able to create strategies that foster a positive work environment and retain employees
• Strong understanding and experience in Talent Management, with the ability to identify and develop individuals for future organizational roles
• Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, using various methods and tools to locate and attract candidates
• Solid experience in managing a Talent Pool, maintaining relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
• Experience in Diversity Recruitment, with a focus on promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Track record of successfully organizing and executing Recruiting Activities, such as job fairs and campus recruitment events
