    Event Marketing Coordinator – Contract – 40hrs/week – Onsite in Midlothian, TX


    We are seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator for a 3-month contract to support brand activation and marketing initiatives. This role requires 5 days onsite per week in Midlothian, TX, working closely with vendors, marketing teams, and event coordinators to execute high-impact campaigns.


    A Day in the Life:

    • Coordinate and develop print ad campaigns (magazines, coupon booklets) with 4–5 vendors, ensuring brand consistency.
    • Plan and execute marketing events (golf tournaments, sporting events, trailer shows), managing logistics, branding materials, and team assignments.
    • Lead brand activation efforts, including rebranding initiatives (uniforms for service techs, promotional merchandise).
    • Work with external vendors to facilitate smooth communication, execution, and follow-ups on deliverables.
    • Support digital marketing initiatives by tracking SEO, PPC, and Google Ads performance, ensuring alignment with business revenue goals.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for marketing coordination, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of initiatives.

    Must-Haves:
