Responsibilities: • Handle commercial litigation cases independently, ensuring efficient and successful resolution.• Engage in all aspects of the litigation process, from the initial discovery phase through to trial.• Oversee construction, real estate, and business dispute cases, providing expert legal advice and representation.• Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating on complex cases.• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.• Maintain a strong knowledge of Construction Law, Business & Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law.• Manage various phases of discovery, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and analyzed.• Conduct motions’ practice, preparing and presenting legal arguments.• Take on first chair responsibilities, leading the trial process and representing clients in court.
