As part of our team, you will be working with various IT systems and HR technologies, including Workday and Kronos. Your role will involve designing, developing, and configuring complex IT systems solutions and architectural frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the integration of complex IT solutions, focusing on seamless integration of Workday, Kronos, and other HR technologies.

• Understand client requirements, develop project plans, define project scope, and track project progress.

• Conduct system architecture solution testing to ensure effective resolution of business problems.

• Prepare technical specifications for the development process, coordinate with developers, and test and approve deliverables before deployment.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology, including Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and AWS Technologies.

• Demonstrable proficiency in Cisco Technologies
