    We are seeking a proficient Network Administrator to join our team located in Livonia, Michigan. The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing network services, coordinating software and hardware upgrades, and ensuring the seamless operation of local and wide area networks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


    Responsibilities:


    • Administer the operation of services related to local area and wide area networks

    • Ensure the efficient processing and configuration of routers and switches

    • Troubleshoot network issues and maintain a ticketing system for tracking and resolution

    • Manage Cisco Meraki operations and configuration

    • Oversee the administration of Windows Server 2019 and VMware

    • Implement network software and hardware upgrades following company policies and procedures

    • Maintain accurate records of network configurations and deployments

    • Utilize Firewall technologies for network security and backup technologies for data protection

    • Ensure the seamless operation of computer hardware systems.

    • Strong proficiency in Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies

    • Extensive knowledge of Firewall Technologies

    • Proven experience with Active Directory

    • Ability to work with Backup Technologies

    • Familiarity with Computer Hardware

    • Expertise in Configuration Management
