    We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team located in Detroit, Michigan. As part of your role, you will be troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and providing excellent customer service and end user support. This position provides a long term contract opportunity


    Responsibilities:


    • Providing end user support and troubleshooting basic network problems.

    • Supporting desktop hardware and software, ensuring optimal operation.

    • Utilizing Active Directory for user and group management.

    • Handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service.

    • Managing and maintaining the ticketing system efficiently.

    • Utilizing Azure and O 365 in daily operations.

    • Implementing backup technologies as part of data protection strategy.

    • Applying configuration management practices for system consistency.

    • Operating and troubleshooting Windows OS issues.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role.

    • Proficiency in Active Directory management and operations.

    • Experience with backup technologies for data recovery and preservation.

    • Familiarity with configuration management best practices and tools.

    • Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software systems.

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Azure for cloud service management.

    • Knowledge of O 365 applications and their technical support.

    • Extensive experience in Windows OS support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for computer systems and applications.

    • Skills in basic network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues.
