• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager
• Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Proficient in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Proven experience in managing employee relations
• Excellent ability to develop and implement hiring processes
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
