    We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Byron Center, Michigan. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient administration of our senior leadership team, including the CEO and CFO. Your primary job functions will involve high-level administrative support, managing correspondence, coordinating travel, and handling a wide range of other administrative tasks.


    Responsibilities:


    • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Draft, format, and prepare a variety of documents, such as memos, invoices, reports, and other correspondence for senior staff.

    • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Attend meetings on behalf of executives, ensuring accurate note-taking and minute recording.

    • Review incoming communication or memos, determine their significance, and distribute or summarize contents as appropriate.

    • Oversee the maintenance of office records and order supplies as needed.

    • Carry out basic bookkeeping tasks and other administrative duties as assigned by executives.

    • Use your administrative skills to perform additional tasks as required by the leadership team.

    • Manage email communications and correspondence effectively, ensuring all relevant parties are kept informed.

    • Utilize your skills in calendar management to schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for executives.

    • Possess strong skills in calendar management, including the ability to maintain and adjust schedules as necessary
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for correspondence and conference calls
    • Experience in providing administrative assistance, demonstrating strong administrative skills
    • Proven track record of handling travel arrangements, both domestic and international
    • Proficient in email communications and correspondence
    • Ability to arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and other necessary arrangements
    • Expertise in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel for executives
    • Prior administrative experience is a must, including experience with scheduling appointments and managing executive calendars.
