    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher II to support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using various methodologies.
    • Analyze user behavior and attitudes to uncover pain points and unmet needs.
    • Conduct diverse research methods, including:
    • User interviews
    • Usability testing
    • Surveys
    • Ethnographic studies
    • Contextual inquiries
    • Concept testing
    • Synthesize and present research findings in user-friendly formats such as journey maps, personas, and jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Design and Development teams to integrate user insights into design and development cycles.
    • Scope research initiatives accurately by coordinating with stakeholders.
    • Leverage existing data analytics to enhance insights.
    • Work within a SAFe Agile framework, coordinating research projects by sprints.
    • Manage relationships with vendor partners to ensure quality research output.

    Required Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of experience in UX Research.
    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of:
    • Wireframes, user flows, and process flows
    • Human-Centered Design principles
    • Unmoderated testing and prototyping tools
    • Experience creating storyboards, site maps, and usability frameworks.
    • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
    • Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to give and receive feedback.
    • Portfolio demonstrating UX research expertise and process articulation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard UX research tools and methodologies.
    • Previous experience conducting research in a retail or e-commerce environment.
