    We are in the manufacturing industry, based in LANSING, Michigan, and are currently seeking a Network / Systems Administrator. The primary function of this role will be to manage and maintain Cisco Routers and technologies, Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Firewall.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer and maintain Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies to ensure smooth network operations.

    • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for network systems.

    • Implement and manage firewall technologies to safeguard the company's data and information.

    • Perform Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support as needed to resolve network issues.

    • Monitor and maintain Dell and Citrix technologies to support the company's IT infrastructure.

    • Ensure computer hardware and Microsoft Windows Server are running optimally and efficiently.

    • Maintain accurate records of network systems and processes.

    • Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

    • Resolve customer inquiries related to network systems in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Process customer applications accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer service.

    • Must have more than 5 years of experience working as a Network / Systems Administrator in the manufacturing industry

    • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Cisco Routers is mandatory

    • Extensive knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies is required

    • Must have a solid understanding of Firewall Technologies

    • Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting Computer Hardware is necessary

    • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server is a significant requirement

    • Must possess excellent Networking skills

    • Demonstrated ability to provide Technical Support is essential

    • Experience in providing Tier 1 Support is required

    • Familiarity with Tier 2 Support is necessary

    • Must have experience in handling Tier 3 Support.
