As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be tasked with providing technical support, managing hardware and software installations, and maintaining workstation hardware.

    Responsibilities
    • Deliver Help Desk support through various channels such as chat, phone, and in-person communication
    • Conduct basic IT issue triage to identify and resolve technical problems
    • Oversee the imaging of PCs/laptops and software installations
    • Organize workstation setup and maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality
