    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately transcribe written or audio-recorded Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into digital formats.
    • Ensure all transcriptions meet formatting and documentation standards as determined by the client.
    • Maintain an organized system to track the progress and completion of transcribed SOPs.
    • Cross-reference data for accuracy, ensuring proper terminology, details, and procedural descriptions are consistent with company guidelines.
    • Collaborate with team members, managers, or subject matter experts (SMEs) for clarification or approval of ambiguous procedures.
    • Manage confidential information in compliance with data security and privacy protocols.
    • Perform quality checks, identify discrepancies, and correct transcription errors promptly.
    • Support broader data entry tasks or projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in data entry, transcription, or document formatting roles.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or transcription software.
    • Familiarity with SOPs or regulatory documentation a plus.
    • Able to handle multiple tasks with effective time management in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


    • Proficiency in data entry is a must, as it constitutes the core of the job responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and perform data analysis.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, including creating, formatting, and editing documents.
    • Experience in organizing files systematically for easy access and retrieval.
    • High typing speed with a focus on accuracy, ensuring efficient data input.
