In this role, you will collaborate with the strategy team and channel managers to create and execute innovative content and campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage global integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop analytics-driven plans to optimize budgets and achieve company goals.
    • Full-Funnel Marketing: Own the full-funnel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment in creative, audience targeting, media placement, and landing page optimization.

    • Analytics and KPIs: Collaborate with the Technology & Analytics Manager to define and track key performance indicators.
    • Post-Mortem Analysis: Lead post-campaign evaluations to summarize insights, share learnings, and inform future initiatives.
    • Account-Based Marketing: Develop and implement scalable account-based marketing strategies.
    • Website Optimization: Advise on website structure, content, and optimization strategies to maximize impact.


    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing AND 5+ years hands-on experience and proven expertise and proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including web presence, social advertising, SEO/SEM, CRM, customer segmentation, and email marketing
    • Skills: Strong expertise in ad management, content strategy, budget optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, and marketing analytics.
    • Analytical Mindset: Highly data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Collaboration: Excellent team player with experience working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and analytics teams.
    • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, performance tracking, and marketing platforms.
