We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Detail Oriented Administrative Assistant in the Services industry, based in Houston, Texas. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including customer service, data entry, and administrative support, with a strong emphasis on meticulousness and proficiency in Microsoft products.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records with high precision
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
• Manage administrative tasks and provide assistance as needed
• Maintain courteous phone etiquette while answering inbound calls
• Schedule appointments and manage correspondences via email
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft products, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with databases will be utilized in day-to-day operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Services industry
• Proven ability to answer inbound calls promptly and with detail orientation
• Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Experience in managing email correspondence effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, emailing, and task management
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately, coordinating with multiple parties as necessary
• Previous experience in delivering administrative assistance, managing a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Possess detail-oriented phone etiquette, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
