Our Client a Global Consulting Firm located in Downtown Houston, TX is seeking an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant must have 4+ years experience supporting 3-4 C-Level Executives with complex calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondences, expense reports, and ad-hoc projects. The Executive Assistant must be proactive and have the ability to work independently. This is a direct hire role paying up to 80K plus bonus and benefits working a hybrid office/home schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-Level executives
• Efficiently manage and coordinate executives' calendars
• Handle travel arrangements meticulously for executives
• Process expense reports timely and accurately
• Manage correspondences and communications effectively
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as required
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Concur for administrative tasks
• Operate independently and proactively in managing tasks
• Maintain a balance between office and home schedule
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position required
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Proven ability to arrange travel, including flight and hotel bookings, local transportation, and itinerary planning
• Experience in preparing and managing expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Concur or similar expense management software is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on managing detail-oriented correspondence.
