We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Website Content Coordinator for a 6-month contract position in our Houston office. This on-site role requires someone with experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to manage and organize the content for a complete website redesign launch. This position has the potential for permanent placement post-launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management & Organization:
- Organize, edit, and prepare all website content, including over 300+ project details, videos, photos, and other digital assets.
- Ensure all materials are accurately compiled, cataloged, and ready for upload by external consultants.
Content Creation & Editing:
- Write, edit, and assemble website content with high attention to detail.
- Review and refine content utilizing AI writing tools while maintaining brand voice and clarity.
- Assist in video editing and ensure visual assets align with marketing standards.
Coordination & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with multiple internal team members and external stakeholders to collect necessary content in a timely manner.
- Work closely with individuals across various levels within the organization, from marketing professionals to technical staff.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines and asset organization to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborate with the larger marketing team to streamline workflows and ensure smooth communication.
MUST HAVE AEC INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE
• Proficiency in Web Content and digital asset management is a key requirement for the role
• Experience with Copywriting is necessary, as the individual will be responsible for editing content
• Knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, as the role involves creating and editing digital content
• The candidate should have experience handling Digital Assets, managing their usage and distribution
• Proficiency in DAM - Digital Asset Management is required, as the role involves managing and organizing the company's digital assets (OpenAsset experience is a plus)
• Organization, high attention to detail, and ability to communicate with C-level executives is a MUST!
