Job Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Programs team. This contract position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented detail oriented who can work across multiple departments internally and externally with distributors and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. HVAC industry knowledge and terminology is a major plus for this role. Key Responsibilities: Assist program managers with the administration of existing marketing programs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product lists and pricing remain up to date. Communicate program details with internal and external stakeholders. Address and resolve questions from program stakeholders in a timely manner. Provide regular reporting on program performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage relationships with key program vendor partners and conduct program reviews. Lead special projects and initiatives related to marketing programs. Host and attend web meetings with program stakeholders as needed.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience. Strong analytical thinking and program coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong follow-up and follow-through skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with marketing promotions and two-step distribution models. Knowledge of HVAC industry equipment and terminology. Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
