We are in search of a Director of Digital Technology to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is 100% remote, but will need to live in the EST timezone. In this role, you will be leading our technology team and working closely with Product Management and Marketing. You will be tasked with driving digital innovation across B2B and B2C business models. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of digital strategies, ensuring seamless integration between technology, product, and marketing to enhance customer experiences, optimize digital platforms, and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the technology team and collaborate with Product Management and Marketing departments to drive digital innovation.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap that aligns technology with product management and marketing goals.
• Partner with Product Management to define, develop, and optimize customer-facing digital solutions that enhance engagement and retention.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to integrate digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Oversee the development of web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Drive API integrations and partnerships with third-party platforms to enhance ecosystem connectivity.
• Implement and optimize cloud-based and SaaS technologies to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Enhance B2B and B2B2C digital experiences, ensuring seamless customer journeys across platforms.
• Leverage data analytics, AI, and personalization to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop A/B testing frameworks and digital optimization strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure digital success and continuously optimize.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
