    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Copywriter in the Real Estate industry, based in Encino, California. As a Copywriter, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of crafting engaging and concise copy for a variety of marketing materials, maintaining the brand voice and tone, and using data-driven marketing strategies.


    Responsibilities:


    • Write compelling copy for various marketing channels, including website content, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, video scripts, and digital and print marketing materials.

    • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing platforms.

    • Utilize data-driven marketing strategies to guide all copy decisions.

    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

    • Present creative briefs and completed projects to company executives or real estate professionals.

    • Accept and implement feedback from clients and team members, demonstrating the ability to handle criticism and make necessary revisions.

    • Edit and proofread all copy before it is published to ensure accuracy and quality.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent project management skills.

    • Collaborate with colleagues to assist them in achieving their marketing goals.

    • Use popular digital marketing tools, including content management software, search engine optimization software, and website analytics software.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Copywriter role or similar
    • Proven experience in creating advertisements and brochures
    • Demonstrated skill in ad copywriting
    • Proficient in copy editing
    • Strong background in copywriting
    • Experience in promotional copywriting
    • Ability to create compelling web copy
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred
