Ensure these new systems integrate smoothly with existing on-premises ones. • Supervise the disaster recovery and business continuity plans for both the primary and backup data centers to minimize downtime during emergencies. • Provide Tier 3 support, resolving escalated issues from other engineers and IT teams for complex system issues. • Work with IT leadership to formulate strategic plans for infrastructure enhancements, capacity planning, and the adoption of new technologies. • Investigate, evaluate, and recommend new technology to enhance system performance, security, and reliability. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to systems architecture, processes, and disaster recovery plans. • Guide entry level and detail-oriented engineers, offering technical advice and fostering their growth.
