Robert Half is in search of a driven Marketing Manager for our client in the Accounting industry. The Marketing Manager will have strong expertise in digital marketing, social media and paid advertising. This candidate will also have experience planning and executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies (omni-channel) to draw in and secure new business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive results
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives
- Lead the creation of engaging content and consistent brand messaging, maintaining alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and partnerships to raise brand awareness in target markets.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
• Proven skills in Digital Marketing, including SEO and SEM
• Demonstrated knowledge in managing Social Media platforms and campaigns
• Experience in Paid Advertising, including PPC and PPI
• Track record of designing and implementing successful Marketing Campaigns
• Proficiency in Omnichannel marketing strategies
• Familiarity with HubSpot marketing platform
• Experience with Mobile App marketing
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp
• Demonstrated experience in Google Ad and Google Analytics
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability in developing and implementing Marketing Strategy
• Experience with design software, particularly Figma
• Familiarity with project management software, especially JIRA
• Proven skills in Marketing Management, including overseeing a team and coordinating projects.
