Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in Buckhead that is looking to add a strong HR Analyst to their team. The HR Analyst will be instrumental in managing HRIS systems, overseeing the onboarding process, administering benefits, maintaining employee records, and carrying out internal reporting among other tasks. This role is deeply involved in the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are effectively integrated into the company
• Administer benefits to employees, ensuring they receive their entitlements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files
• Carry out internal reporting duties with precision and accuracy
• Monitor and manage employee relations, acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies
• Utilize Paycom for various HR-related tasks
• Maintain employee files, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations
• Proficiency in FMLA knowledge and application
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of HR Compliance
• Proficiency in Internal Reporting
• Experience with Onboarding new employees
• Familiarity with Personnel File Maintenance
• Proficiency in using Paycom HR management software
Bachelor's degree is required, master's degree and HR certifications a plus
