In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. You will have the chance to lead projects, develop business processes, and build solutions with IT teams, among other responsibilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
    • Maintain precise records of customer credit.
    • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
    • Lead projects of varying scales to enhance planning, forecasting, data quality, and overall business process improvements.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish detailed business process and requirements documents and articulate these with IT teams to develop solutions.
    • Construct and share weekly/monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain.
    • Understand user challenges and provide innovative, long-term solutions to resolve these challenges.
    • Lead and plan internal warehouse items planning, inventory transfer, and order fill processes.
    • Communicate complex concepts, data-driven insights, and proposed business solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Maintain and develop standard business processes and SOPs.
    • Participate actively in planning, data, and operations-related supply chain projects as assigned.
    • Provide day-to-day support to the business user community, primarily planning group with data maintenance, data analysis, and ad-hoc data reports.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a related field
    • Proficiency in 3M, Dcs, and IBM AS/400
    • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
    • Experience with About Time software
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proven experience in Forecasting and KPI Reporting
    • Ability to execute Demand Forecast and Supply Chain Logistics
    • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and Supply chain strategy
    • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power BI
    • Experience with SQL - Structured Query Language
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
