Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a growing technology team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of a new enterprise platform. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the architecture and functionality of a product being built from the ground up, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of core components of a new enterprise platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to define and deliver new features.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and software bugs.
Maintain high standards for code quality, organization, and automation.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
Stay current with emerging technology trends and apply best practices to enhance development processes.
Contribute to strategic architectural decisions and platform direction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency with C#, .NET Core, Visual Studio, source control (e.g., Git), and full SDLC processes.
Strong experience in enterprise-level platform development.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
Experience writing reusable libraries and modular code.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Cassandra DB is a plus.
Comfortable working in an agile, continuous, and iterative development environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to technical challenges.
