    • Be the go-to resource for CRM (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is ideal) support, configuration, and optimization
    • Use your data skills to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Excel
    • Partner with departments to understand their needs and deliver practical, tech-driven solutions
    • Help teammates with day-to-day IT issues (we all pitch in – it’s part of the vibe!)
    • Assist in documenting workflows, improving processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives
    • Work closely with IT leadership to support both strategic and operational goals

    What You Bring:

    • 2+ years of experience in an IT, systems, or analyst role
    • Proficiency with data tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar)
    • CRM administration/support experience (any platform welcome)
    • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills – you love working with people just as much as tech
    • Willingness to jump into basic IT support when needed
    • Bonus points for experience with scripting, automation tools, or Microsoft 365/SharePoint
