We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Network Engineer in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. This role involves the administration and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing network performance, as well as managing on-premise systems.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and administer network infrastructure, focusing on Cisco hardware and software.
• Enhance and maintain network performance, including configuration and optimization tasks.
• Manage on-premise systems with a hands-on approach.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure network functionality and security, including working with Cisco ICE systems.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide network-related solutions.
• Utilize expertise in Cisco Network Administration, including routing, switching, firewalls, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ICE).
• Apply experience in on-premises network management, including physical management of devices like routers and switches.
• Leverage skills in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, AB Testing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Datacenter.
• Proven experience with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)
• Proficiency in Checkpoint security systems
• Demonstrable skills with Cisco ASA
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers
• Knowledge of various Cisco Technologies
• Experience with AB Testing methods
• Familiarity with different Backup Technologies
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Experience working in a Datacenter environment
