The selected individual will be dedicated to supporting several clients' networking needs, primarily focusing on Cisco technologies. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acting as a prime point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier service and support
    • Providing hands-on networking support, including but not limited to Cisco firewalls (FMC), routing, wireless, and switching
    • Engaging with clients to offer technical support and ensure a seamless experience
    • Managing various smaller clients and potentially traveling to clients in Southern Wisconsin
    • Becoming a subject matter expert for several networking tools and services, such as Cisco Email Security, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco DUO, Microsoft Phishing, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
    • Assisting with the initial implementation and management of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
    • Supporting and managing complex network environments
    • Dealing with the configuration, deployment, and support of various technologies, including Dell, Citrix, and Firewall technologies
    • Handling backup technologies and active directory tasks
    • Processing and maintaining computer hardware efficiently and accurately.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies is essential
    • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies is required
    • Understanding and experience with Firewall Technologies
    • Experience with Active Directory is vital
    • Familiarity with Backup Technologies is needed
