    • Maintain an up-to-date guest log for security and administrative purposes

    • Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office
    • Utilize Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant web applications to carry out tasks

    • Utilize your strong customer service skills to ensure a positive and detail oriented experience for all visitors and callers.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist, preferably within the construction/contractor industry
    • Proficient in answering and managing a multi-line phone system
    • Excellent customer service skills and experience
    • Proven ability in data entry tasks with high level of accuracy
    • Proficient in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is required
    • Experience in organizing files and maintaining an efficient filing system
    • Capable of scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings efficiently
