Robert Half is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our client’s team on-site in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure business objectives are met. Manage and oversee all aspects of account operations, including project timelines, deliverables, and resolution of any concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client requirements. Develop strategies to grow client accounts, including upselling services or products and identifying opportunities for business development. Prepare and present reports on account performance, progress, and results to leadership. Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communications for efficient account management. Stay updated on industry trends and market activity to proactively address client challenges.
Qualifications: Proven experience in account management or related roles (3+ years preferred). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Knowledge of [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
