Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking and providing exceptional support? Robert Half is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work on-site at a dynamic and growing organization in the Twin Cities, MN. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of high-level administrative support, ensuring the company’s executives can focus on driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
- Help coordinate team projects by tracking deadlines, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
- Anticipate the executives’ needs and proactively resolve potential conflicts or issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred but not required.
