We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in the construction/contractor industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will primarily be responsible for providing technical support for our Microsoft and construction applications, along with some desktop deployment activities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Microsoft and construction related applications
• Work collaboratively as part of a team of 4 Help Desk technicians
• Handle desktop deployment tasks as needed
• Respond to and resolve user inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer records
• Process customer applications with efficiency and precision
• Take appropriate action based on customer account monitoring
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10

• Demonstrated experience as a Help Desk Analyst in the construction/contractor industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 is essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods.
• Capacity to provide technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and data management.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Detail oriented certifications would be advantageous.
• Availability for shift work may be required as IT support is needed around the clock.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Experience in training and guiding staff in IT related areas.
