    Position Summary:

    As part of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) team, the Marketing Operations Analyst I will support shared services operations. In this role, your focus will be on delivering efficient and optimized solutions through technology innovation and knowledge management. Working closely with the Manager of Marketing Products & Technology, you will help develop and maintain processes, platforms, and training for shared services at scale. You will bring sharp attention to detail and an analytical mindset to help continuously improve operations through technology advancement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the maintenance of Digital Asset Management (DAM) taxonomy, metadata schema, and template scaling design.
    • Collaborate with team leads and project managers to optimize team performance and ensure quality outcomes.
    • Provide consistent updates on tools and technology within the shared services operations team.
    • Mitigate obstacles in work streams by setting expectations and staying engaged with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the process.
    • Conduct research and documentation on technologies or products for potential and existing vendors.
    • Assist with the development of the tech stack roadmap and delivery of the process and workflow technology product roadmap.
    • Create and develop training and education materials related to technology and processes.
    • Handle special projects as needed, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
    • 1+ year of digital asset management or relevant experience preferred.
    • Experience in client support, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and needs.
    • Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across the organization.
    • Solid analytical skills combined with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage priorities simultaneously, work under tight constraints, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
    • Positive attitude that embraces challenges with respect, optimism, creativity, and collaboration.
