As a Graphic Designer, you will be working closely with the Senior Creative Director and Marketing VPs, crafting visual designs for both digital and print mediums, and ensuring brand consistency across all design projects.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work in tandem with the Senior Creative Director and Marketing VPs to comprehend design objectives and develop innovative design concepts that are in sync with our brand vision and business objectives.
    • Conceptualize and execute engaging visual designs for a variety of mediums, including websites, marketing collateral, branding materials, and presentations.
    • Ensure all design deliverables meet project objectives and are submitted within the agreed deadlines.
    • Incorporate feedback to refine and iterate designs as necessary.
    • Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.
    • Efficiently manage multiple projects at once, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources to achieve project goals.
    • Maintain an open line of communication, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint, along with knowledge of video editing software (After Effects, Premiere), to create and edit designs.
    • Utilize your understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles in your designs.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is required for creating and editing digital and print designs.
    • Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver for web design and development tasks.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Flash for creating interactive content.
    • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing vector graphics.
    • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign for designing layouts for brochures and other print materials.
    • Ability to create effective advertisements that align with marketing strategies.
    • Capable of developing artwork for a variety of platforms.
    • Experience in designing banner ads for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Understanding of how design influences brand awareness and can strengthen a company's identity.
    • Skilled in designing brochures that effectively communicate information and catch the viewer's attention.
    • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design tasks.
    • Experience with creating motion graphics for promotional and informational videos.
