We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Rahway, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our customers, tasked with setting up accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role is within the cloud technology industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary touchpoint for customers, addressing their needs and queries
• Set up customer accounts in an efficient and accurate manner
• Utilize CRM and database systems to maintain accurate customer records
• Leverage Microsoft Excel and About Time tools for efficient workflow management
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution
• Work closely with the EO/IR systems to deliver superior customer service
• Participate in continuous learning to stay updated about the cloud technologies industry
• Contribute towards the overall success of the customer service team.
• Proficient in Cloud Technologies
• Demonstrable experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Familiarity with various Database systems
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to manage Customer Accounts effectively
• Proven track record in achieving high Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Experience in a Customer Success role
