We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the non-profit sector, located in Hackensack, New Jersey. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on supporting end users, both desk side and remotely.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to approximately 210 end users, ensuring efficient and effective assistance.
• Utilize your experience in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft to address and resolve issues.
• Leverage your skills in Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to maintain and improve our systems.
• Utilize ticketing systems such as Kaseya to track, manage, and resolve issues.
• Apply your knowledge of security monitoring to safeguard our systems and data.
• Upload patches as needed to ensure system stability and security.
• Partner with Managed Service Provider (MSP) to leverage their expertise and resources.
• Proficiency in Android Development, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving related issues.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies, including the ability to maintain and optimize networking systems.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, particularly in managing and supporting virtualization platforms.
• Comfortable working with Mac Computers, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft tools and platforms, including but not limited to Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
• In-depth understanding of Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts and access controls effectively.
• Experience with Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance of both hardware and software issues.
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and repair various hardware problems.
• Expertise in Configuration Management, particularly in ensuring system stability, functionality, and efficiency.
• Experience in handling Deployments, including planning, executing, and managing software and hardware installations.
