    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar or eligibility to practice law as in-house counsel in New Jersey.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience as corporate counsel or in a law firm counseling businesses and corporations.
    • Demonstrated success in managing and negotiating a variety of contracts.
    • Proficiency with iManage or other document management systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound legal judgments.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely.
    • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Preferred:

    • Experience counseling businesses on legal matters such as acquisitions, agreements, litigation, anti-trust and anti-corruption, intellectual property, real estate, corporate governance, and government and environmental regulations.
    • Experience with real estate contracts is a plus.
