    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Strong understanding of business operations, data analysis, and process improvement techniques.
    • Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and/or other enterprise-level tools is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced level), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
