We are on the lookout for a Director of Search to join our team in the retail industry located in MILLWOOD, New York. As a Director of Search, you will take the reins of our SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring their effective implementation and operation. You will be tasked with managing customer acquisition KPIs, tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, and identifying potential areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Take charge of SEO and SEM strategy, ensuring its day-to-day operation aligns with our brand's objectives.
• Design, manage, execute, and monitor initiatives within SEO and SEM channels to meet customer acquisition KPIs.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across SEO and SEM channels.
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across SEO and SEM channels.
• Oversee call tracking programs and initiatives.
• Manage our brand's local presence across platforms like Google My Business and Yelp.
• Lead third-party SEO, SEM, and call tracking agency resources.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members and departments to ensure unified and effective strategies.
• Possess solid knowledge and experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices.
• Proven track record in managing Paid Search Campaigns.
• Proficient in various digital marketing techniques including Paid Search.
• Extensive experience in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and manage a team.
• Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement search engine marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from it.
• Proficient in using various SEO tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in budget management for search marketing campaigns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
