    • Communication Management:

    • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate attendance records and investor engagement metrics. Generate regular reports and insights for management review.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in virtual event management utilizing tools like Zoom, On24, WebEx, or GoToWebinar.
    • Flexibility to manage early morning and late-night calls for international audiences.
    • 2 years’ experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Proficiency in website content management systems, with Adobe Experience Manager experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with investment management or investor relations (preferred but not required).
