    • Proven experience managing month-end close processes in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
    • Leadership experience supervising and mentoring a team of 3–4 accounting professionals.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (MIP Abila preferred).
    • Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
