    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in computer hardware, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
    • Familiarity with Dell and IBM technologies.
    • Strong understanding of Linux technologies and Mac computers.
    • Experience with AB Testing to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Proficiency in using Active Directory.
    • Experience with Apple devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Knowledge of backup technologies to ensure data safety and integrity.
    • Experience with cable installation, ensuring a well-organized and efficient network.
