In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative functions at a brisk pace, providing crucial support to our operations. Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handling and distributing incoming mail
• Creating and sending out form letters
• Managing the invoicing process
• Generating and maintaining reports
• Ordering and managing office supplies
• Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 for various tasks
• Scanning and organizing documents as necessary
• Providing data entry support
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in Data Entry skills to ensure accurate and efficient capturing of information.
• Ability to Enter Invoices with precision to maintain financial records effectively.
• Capability to Distribute Incoming Mail promptly and to the correct recipients.
• Skills in Report Generation to aid in business decision-making processes.
• Responsible for ordering Office Supplies to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Experience in drafting Form Letters to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 to facilitate daily administrative tasks.
• Skilled at Scanning documents and organizing them systematically for easy access and retrieval.
