Proposal ManagerWe are seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for leading the pursuit process and producing compliant deliverables in a timely manner. You will work closely with multidisciplinary pursuit teams to develop persuasive content that addresses client needs and aligns with RFP requirements. <br><br>Responsibilities: <br><br>• Lead multiple concurrent pursuits to ensure on-time, compliant delivery<br>• Coordinate with pursuit teams to develop and maintain an updated library of pursuit materials<br>• Synthesize complex information into compelling written responses that align with the brand voice and detail oriented style<br>• Collaborate with graphic design teams to develop custom, on-brand visual assets that support defined win themes<br>• Conduct comprehensive quality control checks on materials to uphold brand standards<br>• Record project and people information in the firm's database to maintain institutional knowledge<br>• Leverage industry research and business development intelligence to inform win strategies and increase the likelihood of winning<br>• Manage the production of specific supporting content while delegating tasks appropriately<br>• Coach project team on presentation best practices to secure wins in interview settings<br>• Identify and adhere to strong process management to support the company’s ROI goals and business development framework.
