    We are in search of an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. The role involves managing a portfolio of industrial properties, enhancing tenant and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. The Assistant Property Manager will also work closely with our Property Manager to resolve building management issues and assist with accounting, reporting, and budgeting tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Property Manager in managing a portfolio of industrial properties
    • Enhance tenant and vendor relations through effective communication and relationship building
    • Assist with accounting, reporting, and budgeting tasks for the property management team
    • Work closely with the Property Manager to resolve any building management issues
    • Supervise vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts
    • Conduct routine property inspections to prevent and identify potential problems
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
    • Coordinate building activities, including move-ins and move-outs, and verify insurance
    • Assist the Property Manager in the preparation of monthly reporting packages and financial reports
    • Assist the Property Manager in coordinating insurance procurement, electricity procurement, and real estate tax review processes for properties
    • Ensure compliance with management agreements and assist the Property Manager with operational needs, including leasing, investor relations, marketing, and construction.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

    • Proven track record in managing commercial buildings

    • Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial property management

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Proficient in property management software

    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
